Return and Refund Policy

Our policy last 3 days. Countdown of coverage starts from the date it was delivered. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for the return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Below are the types of products that exempt from being returned, products such as White Sand, Cements, Hollow Blocks, Grouts, and Paints cannot be returned.

The following items under the categories shown below are also cannot be returned/exchanged.

  • Chemicals
  • Concreting and Masonry
  • Drywall and Ceiling
  • Lumber and Plywood
  • Nail, Tox and Screw
  • Painting Supplies
  • Rebars and G.I Wires
  • Steel
  • Waterproofing
  • Wire and Cables

To be eligible for the return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process
  1. Email [email protected] or fill out our online return form.
  2. Fill out all the information required for us to process your return request.
  3. Our team will evaluate your request. Wait for the confirmation email.
  4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All return/exchanges must be done at Top-Most Hardware store only.
